Kristian Cotta-min

Kristian Cotta

President

Kristian has been active in the commercial real estate industry for almost 20 years. His extensive brokerage work focused on retail and shopping center development having worked under a number of the most reputable developers in Arizona.

Kristian’s considerable development work includes ground-up single-tenant projects, large scale shopping centers and the renovating and repositioning of existing retail and restaurant properties in multiple markets including Oregon, Utah, Colorado, Texas and Arizona.

Kristian has completed hundreds of real estate transactions while representing landlords, investors, developers and national credit tenants such as McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King and many other well known brands. He is a graduate of Washington State University, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds the designation of CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member.

In addition to his brokerage and development career, Kristian founded one of the most prominent digital media agencies in the Phoenix metro area. With a focus on assisting local and regional restaurant operators with their marketing and online presence, this insight and deep knowledge of restaurant and retail operations has furthered Kristian’s ability to successfully identify sites for restaurant and retail development.

Phil Bramsen

Development & BTS Director

Phil has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over 20 years. His extensive brokerage work has evolved into a professional expertise in tenant representation and the development of single tenant NNN assets.

Phil’s considerable development work includes dozens of ground-up single-tenant projects in multiple markets including California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Nevada and Arizona.

Prior to his brokerage career, Phil owned and managed retail and wholesale automotive aftermarket businesses operating throughout the Western U.S. This background enabled him to foster many strong relationships with automotive clients, and eventually, other retail operators, representing their interests for new store and development programs. His focus towards pads and outparcels has grown to include an ample amount of work with drive-thru and quick serve restaurant concepts.

Phil has completed hundreds of real estate transactions while representing an extensive list of national, regional, and local tenants, as well as landlords and investors. He is a graduate of The University of Arizona and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Armando Delgado-min

Armando Delgado

Acquisitions Director

Armando has been active in the real estate industry for over 5 years. His extensive brokerage work has evolved into a professional expertise in commercial transactions and retail investment and development acquisition.

Armando’s considerable sales and transaction experience has helped him hone his communication and relationship building skills leading to a keen ability to adapt every deal structure to its unique characteristics. With a focus on add-value shopping centers, development pads and outparcels, Armando has worked extensively with drive-thru and quick serve restaurant concepts.

Armando is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a candidate working on his designation of CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member.

Brennen Pierson

Single Tenant Net-Lease Director

Brennen’s background includes tenant rep and single tenant NNN build-to-suit development. Brennen has been part of a team that identified and completed more than forty build-to-suit projects over the last three years.

He has extensive knowledge of GIS (geographic information systems) platforms and mapping. His work has allowed him to develop a specialization in trade area analysis and data interpretation. He has a curious and entrepreneurial mind, which motivates him to constantly learn and master business strategy. Brennen is a tenacious advocate for our clients. He is a former student athlete as a baseball player with a degree in Business Marketing from Eastern New Mexico University.

Elizabeth Shinohara-min

Elizabeth Shinohara

Third-Party Business Development / Petroleum Activities

Elizabeth’s focus is on the acquisition of multi-unit petroleum portfolios, the development of commercial assets which include retail, industrial, and commercial land entitlement. Elizabeth has been involved in purchase and development transactions of more than $2.0 billion in value.

Elizabeth founded Petroleum Sales Group (PSG), LLC, and Commercial Plus (CP), LLC in Scottsdale, Arizona. She worked for Five years as senior director of acquisitions and finance at Petroleum Sales Group and Commercial Plus. Upon completion of her work at CP, she was asked to give consultative services to the organization’s principles. She also spent six years as senior vice president of Countrywide Credit Exchange and worked with institutional investors at Franchise Mortgage Acceptance Company (FMAC), Fannie Mae and GMAC. She used her contacts found within the national credit investors and the petroleum industry and handled more than $1 billion in asset transactions in wholesale financing and retail credit markets.

Elizabeth attended undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona and Western International University with a degree in MIS and Finance.

Elizabeth is a CCIS, and member of NAR, AAR, APMA, WPMA, and SIGMA.

Jonathan_Thorpe-min

Jonathan Thorpe

Investment Underwriting

Jonathan began his professional working career in public accounting upon graduating from the University of Alaska – Anchorage in 1994, he started working as an auditor and tax accountant then moved into business consulting. In 2003 Jonathan went to work in the seafood industry as a CFO later transitioning into the Chief Investment and Strategy Officer.

During his time in the industry Jonathan worked on several M&A deals securing assets and resources for the respective companies he worked for.

Jonathan has worked with several seafood companies and served on several BOD’s through the early part of 2022. At that time he moved full time into real estate activities.

Jonathan’s career has covered many industries from public accounting, seafood, oil & gas, cannabis and medical devices and now commercial real estate.

Jonathan brings with him a wealth of knowledge and creativity on how to analyze and underwrite businesses, how to finance and fund, how to grow and scale, how to do product development and launch.

All the facets of investing in, growing and operating businesses comes from a strong financial and analytical background, combined with a dose of EQ, Jonathan has developed strong relationships with ability to listen and problem solve.
